Although there was 1 dealership that offered me a demo with a few more options for about the same price; I chose to go with HMP. The reason I went with HMP was Justin Parker. I was already sold on the Cruze. Justin sold me on the dealership. I dealt with all dealerships via email. Having never met Justin; his email correspondence was always prompt and courteous. Full of helpful information without the slightest hint of pressure. When I met Justin in person; he did not disappoint. He was just as friendly and helpful as he was in his emails. I was totally comfortable with everything. He made the process so easy. Justin totally "customer appreciation". I must also say a few words about Susan Riddel from finance. I came expecting and prepared for high pressure extras sales pitch. I was floored to find that Susan was as nice as everyone else at the dealership.
