For small things you just drive in and when getting a service they don't push extra work. I have also ordered parts from their parts department. Volkswagen offers a 10 year rust warranty. After 9 1/2 years there was no rust on my car except for the tail gate. I brought it in, dealt with Reza, and Volkswagen provided a new tail gate. In all my dealings with Hunt Club VW they have a solid trustworthy company and a pleasure to work with. More

Lies lies lies So. I understand the guys want to sell cars. I was told when I asked specifically when I bought my VW beetle did it use regular octane gas. I was told So. For the five years I’ve had my car, I have put in regular low octane gas. I have now spent $4000 to replace the engine. They also told me that they had a pick up and delivery service which was also a lie. Will never deal with these guys again ever. Will be sending a letter to VW Canada and will never ever buy another Volkswagen. More

Then I purchased at HuntClub VW and I was thoroughly amazed that a car dealership could be this good. From preview to purchase to drive away everything went smoothly and that was over 10 years ago. Arrived 9:30 cant get rental vehicle live out of town. They were also flexible about things we were indecisive about, like whether or not to keep the tinted windows on the used vehicle we were looking at, allowing us to change our mind at a later date. I was nervous about going to a dealership because I've had stressful high-pressure experiences in the past, but this was totally fine. I absolutely recommend Hunt Club VW. More

We used VW Hunt club service department for a long time till my wife went in for service and they said to her that she needed new tires even though the tires were brand new. Recently I used my own local mechanic and he purchased rear brakes where we clearly wanted factory VW brakes and VW Huntclub shipped off the market brand name brakes where my back brakes still do not work properly, next time the parts will be ordered from the US. Other items like VW car paint warranties is truly a fantasy with VW Canada. VW Canada and VW World only moves when BBB and a Lawyer is on there door step like the VW diesel Scandal. The group of VW dealerships and VW world wide is totally out of touch when it comes to customer service and the rule of law in my option. There is too many good car manufacturers out there to put up with what you have to go through at VW. More

Certified used car doesn't mean "Good clean" car! We want to buy a car from VW dealer because we trust dealer over small corner lot used car sale. The car we looked at has clean car fax as shown by a sale person. We looked at the car and it is clearly the car has been repaired driver front fender and driver door. The moulding still has visual damage from previous accident and door over is evident but the sale person insit the car has clean car fax so it means it never been in accident . Sale person said if the car has been repaired by a body shop, it will shows up in car fax. I said no! Unless there is a police record of an accident , it won't be listed in car fax. I m disappointed that dealer we trust and car fax we base our decision to purchase or not is not is no longer the case. At least from this VW dealer . Ref vehicle - Tiguan 2012 More
