First year review Bought my Acadia just over a year ago from John Van Ryn, I retired last year so have been doing a lot of driving, this was my 5th oil change. Service has been great from the extra effort by John to get us a chance to test drive a 4 cylinder model with the new stop/start, that was not in stock and the rest of the ordering and purchase experience. For the last 3 service visits, I have dealt with Craig Mercer , he has been very good at recommending which other services to have done and which ones to save for the next visit so I don't have to wait too long and generally provides top quality customer service. The Acadia has been great, excellent highway SUV for ride, comfort, utility, size, available AWD and great mileage. The 8 speed transmission could use more refinement, tends to be hesitant at low speeds requiring one to tramp on it to get up to speed. More

My JVR experiences I have been buying/leasing vehicles from John Van Ryn for 25 years. My reasons for coming back to Courtesy Chev and now Humberview Chev are many but I have been buying/leasing vehicles from John Van Ryn for 25 years. My reasons for coming back to Courtesy Chev and now Humberview Chev are many but I think that when you find something that works for you then stick with it. JVR works for me. He is attentive to my needs, reliable, honest and totally trustworthy. He takes time to explain everything and has never sold or leased me a product that wouldn't suit my needs or that of my business. In summing up, I like the whole GMC/Chevrolet experience but JVR has made it that way for me. Thanks John and the Humberview team. More
