Awesome Service Department. I got my used Ram truck in Burnaby in early Feb/2020 and brought it in to Foundation CDJR in Squamish a for Peace of Mind inspection. Bradley took great care with me and even provided me with a summary report of my truck’s VIP Summary Report with all service, warranty & recall history. Adrian provided me with an update of a pending recall and took away any concerns I had. Service a Manager Don Khela came out of his office to introduce himself and told me to see him if I ever have any issues. I asked him about a third-party extended warranty I had purchased and he assured me it was from a good company and he even knew one of their administrators personally. I was there for an hour while truck being inspected and felt comfortable, well-informed and thorough with any explanations.
