The owner has contacted me and had tried to work things out but would not fix the issues that have been an on going issue from less then 24 hours of driving it off the lot to date we have put in to the van about $900.00 out of our pocked with an addition $1,500.00 in recommend fixes to ensure the vehicle is in good working order had these guy taken this vehicle to a Chrysler dealership like they said they where going to in the first place and fix the issue then this would not be an issue. More

Worst Customer Service Experience in my LIFE When I called the dealership to ask when my vehicle was going to be delivered (it was now 1:30 pm and I'd been told the day before that I'd have it by When I called the dealership to ask when my vehicle was going to be delivered (it was now 1:30 pm and I'd been told the day before that I'd have it by 2:00 pm the next day because they were replacing the windshield) - the manager Mark actually started yelling at me, saying that I had such bad credit I was lucky they'd work with me, and that they could just rip up the sales agreement I'd signed the day before - when I also insured and registered the vehicle. He was the most horrible person I've actually ever dealt with. I am a 50 yr old Oil and Gas professional who has bad credit only due to a divorce, I've had 4 deaths in my family in the past 2 years, and this MANAGER made me cry and shake on the phone. More
