Ran 14 credit checks The experience was awful... First they tell me they have an approval for the car I wanted then I go down there cash in hand to close the deal and they The experience was awful... However, a week later they are advertising it again!!!! They also said they would find something else and nothing back?? So all they did was make it more difficult to get a car. Also what they advertise weekly is not really there... Bait and Switch just to get you in the dealership ( If you want to call it that) or on the phone to put you into something you dont want... So to summarize I did find what I wanted with the financing I wanted from a dealership who said they finance all and kept there word!! More

Treated me good Usually when I walk into a dealership, the salesmen walk right past me and pay me no attention because I don't look like I can afford anything. Everyone said hi, offered me water, coffee, and even a complementary snack from the vending machine. They taught me about my credit and what to do to get into the truck I want, and they got me approved for a starter vehicle same day! I'll be back in 8 months to upgrade. It was a good experience for sure. Samantha and Ken were great! More

They had 3 colours of the Lancer to choose from so I picked the black one and we did the financing, he got me insurance, and they even detailed the car once more for me before I drove off.
