4 years ago i went into house of cars trying to get a reliable and nice car for me and my family, my credit wasnt the best and i was asking for something i couldnt get financed on. but i wanted something reliable and nice car for me and my family, my credit wasnt the best and i was asking for something i couldnt get financed on. but i wanted something nice and to be proud of, they told me what they needed from me to get into the brand new qx60, and that i had to take a lesser car for 6 months to build up my credit. and it was a dodge journey (they found me acually a very nice one in great shape because they knew i had 5 kids that i needed a reliable car for) so i didnt miss a payment for 6 months, and he called me right on the day of the 6 months, asked me if i missed a payment i said no, he told me to come in. I DROVE AWAY THAT DAY!!!! IN MY BRAND NEW QX60, i was the happiest person ever and i had the car i wanted. well 2 months ago in january someone blew a stop sign and destroyed my qx60. i havnt missed a payment on that qx60 in 2 years, and all my credit has been going up, so i figured anything i wanted i could have. SO i went to heninger toyota tring to get into a acura ASPEC with 32000 kms. I SWEAR ON MY LIFE, they made fun of me for trying to get into a vehicle like that with my credit. But its no different then what im currently in. SO after being hit by a car, being injured and just wanting to get a car, thats similar to what i had and maybe a upgrade. since i havnt missed any payments, had a down payment and really had everything going for me. Well they shot me down and me feel like absolute garbage. so i went 500 meters up the street to house of cars, trying to find manny. the sales rep who made my life golden the first time ( only reason i didnt go back to house of cars right away is cause i figured i could pick anything i wanted from how good i kept my payments and such) so i go to find out hes the manager now ( IM NOT SURPRISED!) and that i got set up with Nick, the sales rep i am with right now. who i will admit is just as good. Nick got me into the EXACT !!! EXACT!! same car i was trying to get from heninger, with NO KMS! .... YES!!..... BRAND NEW NO KMS... EXACT SAME CAR i just tried to get from heninger and guess what else..... yes even cheaper. This is the best dealership in calgary hands down, there is no better. no one has access to vehicle selection and rates and everything like this place. it is the current #1 no matter if u tryna get a lamborghini or a kia. this is the place. ive been shopping cars used and new for 15 years. i never seen anything like this. they are here for us. we need to keep this place around. for your kids, my kids, and our family to have proper representation when it comes to such a big purchase in everyones life. this place is the best dont sleep on them. your missing out ! calgarys #1 dealership hands down, unbeatable. you guys are the best! thanks you so much nick! and i always have to give a shoutout to manny, even tho nick is the one to get me into the car this time and show me they have my back. still gotta shout out to manny. these guys will have your back till the end. BAD EXPERIENCE! Bought a vehicle from House of Cars from their website. They didn't disclose the damage on the vehicle and were careful about the pictures they chose to post. Cost me almost $2000 to fix car. Nothing from their insurance or their shippers insurance. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. More

I've been dreading the day I need to sell my car at the end of its lease. Dealing with used car buyers is the worst. I bought a truck for work last year from this location and it has been one of my worst experiences. I traded in my 2017 Laramie as my engine went and the tranny was having issues too, Nick called me by co and it has been one of my worst experiences. I traded in my 2017 Laramie as my engine went and the tranny was having issues too, Nick called me by coincidence and it happened to be I needed another truck. He found me a 2014 GMC 2500HD. Upon taking it for a drive, I noticed some issues but Nick assured me it would be fixed. I picked up the truck and it still had multiple issues. They had it in there shop a few days and I got the truck back and it still had issues and then Nick admitted they fired the mechanic as he was not doing inspections properly (I wonder how many unsafe vehicles were sold) They got it back a second time and it still had issues so I took it to shaganappi GMC where they inspected it and came up with 5 k worth of things the truck needed. It took some effort but house of cars paid for this, Truck (what a frigging headache for something I just dropped 27 k for) still had some minor issues though. Not even a year later and about 15,000 km since I bought it I noticed it was burning oil so I took it in for an inspection to find out the engine is pooped and worse than that, Nick sold me the wrong warranty package and later admitted he knows nothing about the warranties. I asked to be sure I buy one that covered engine replacement because of what happened with my laramie I traded in. Turns out the warranty I was sold was one under the one that would have covered it and I was only offered $2500 towards an 11k engine replacement. Needless to say I bought a used one and swapped it out for much less. During this swap my mechanic noticed considerable frame damages to my truck, some cracks and welds where someone had tried to fix it, My question is why did no one see this before selling me an illegal to drive truck. If I get stopped at DOT the truck is gone. This was all confirmed as I just went to try and install a snow plow on it for work and they wont do it because of the frame damage. Oh ya and my door is falling off now too, The actual metal under the hinge is completely cracked and it needs a new door now too, Fun stuff, Thanks House of cars. After the engine problems I called house of cars and they offered me nothing besides trying to sell me a severely hail damaged Honda passport and claimed because of my circumstances that this was the only car there I could get even though I was approved for a 60 k loan at the time. I feel House of cars should at their expense have the frame damages repaired at their expense but at this point Iv been told the truck is no good even with all the work that has been done as it had clearly been pretty much destroyed by the previous owner or business that put it there on consignment. To resolve the issue I feel they should buy this truck back from me at the full price I paid to make up for lost down time on the truck which is several months. I had to make payments but couldn't even use it. I finally get the engine done and find out about the frame damages and its unsafe to even drive. I also feel I should be reimbursed for the cost of my warranty as it is now void. I don't want to add any costs to my existing loan, I feel I should be given a different truck with the same capabilities, full warranty with zero increase in my overall existing loan amount. I hope this gets promptly resolved or I will be seeing them in court and I wont just be looking for it to be fixed if I have to do that, I will be looking for compensation for the down time and loss of income due to not being able to use the truck that I bought for the purpose making me money for my business. More

He payed great attention to what I was looking for and the vehicle checked all the boxes!. After finalising my new vehicle Colton the supervisor/manager, asked if I would be interested in selling my lease and make some quick cash. I was very interested since I had gone well over the allotted kms and owed the dealership over $2300. A week later Colton called me to say that my lease has been sold and I even made a tidy little profit, Instead of owing the dealership. Words can't express how thankful I am to House of Cars McLeod Tr. Especially to the professional and efficient work done by Roger and Colton. Thank you guys!!! More
