For my first time buying a used truck, I came here this past summer-- I was kind of 'fresh meat' for any would-be predatory salesman. Which was why my experience was such a relief. I dealt with Kai, who was nothing but helpful and friendly, with a no-pressure sales attitude and plenty of patience. There were some repairs we agreed on before the sale and their service people got them done promptly. Half an hour after I paid and drove the thing off the lot, I got an engine light warning... and even though they weren't obliged to do anything at that point, when I showed back up at the dealership, Kai came back out and rode around with me trying to diagnose the problem (turned out to be a very common issue with the model, just a sticking parking break mechanism). I was kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop before leaving a review (to see if other problems developed with the truck), but after three months of driving it, outside of a quirk with the window controls developing that they pointed out before purchase, I'm nothing but pleased. It's weird seeing how negative some of the other reviews are, but, well, I had no such issues. All I can say is that it was a better experience than I was hoping for, and I had no qualms about recommending them to others. More
I purchased a vehicle June 2023! I immediately noticed that there were no back seat buckles! I called and called, waited and waited for them to rectify with no action, they finally I immediately noticed that there were no back seat buckles! I called and called, waited and waited for them to rectify with no action, they finally installed one and now I am back to the same game of calling and calling…. I also requested extended warranty and maintenance package to be cancelled months ago with no action! This is the not the place to shop if you want good quality service! More

He answered texts even on weekends and holidays . Car came with two inspections which is great because that’s always a worry when buying used. He even delivered the vehicle and took my trade back to their lot for me . Highly recommended working with William if you need a new ride ! More
These guys are nothing short of scamming thieves. They will lie to you and change badging on cars to try to sell them at higher trims then they actually are. And they will tell you "Ignore what the carfax says trust me" . And will LITERALLY TRY TO FIGHT YOU ON THEIR SALES FLOOR if you ask for your deposit back. I even had my piece of xxxx salesmen threaten me by text for leaving negative reviews. This place is a nightmare avoid them at all costs. More
The buying experience was great, Kush was not pushy and helped where he could. Now the bad..... Upon driving the vehicle for not even 15 minutes, a major error code came up for the suspension. Now this is quite frustrating since a mechanical fitness assessment was supposed to be done, which would include a road test, which would of shown this major issue. After two weeks, my new vehicle was schedule to go in for repairs, these repairs took almost a week and a half to complete, with no loaner vehicle given and what was even more frustrating, my trade in vehicle was in perfect condition and was given a vehicle which needed lots of repairs. This all could of been possibly avoided if the vehicle was properly inspected, but sadly it was not. Fast forward a week later of having the vehicle back, yet again, another major engine code came up with the exhaust catalytic converter. With multiple attempts to contact Omar the branch manager, he finally replies and passes me off to Steve (the shop manager). After informing him of the issues I was having with my new vehicle, he was more than willing to assist me, but needed my vehicle to assess. So instead of sending my vehicle in and possibly sitting for weeks on end and not having a vehicle to drive, I bought a code scanner so I could send the data to Steve so he could make an assessment that way. Steve agreed that the Catalytic converter needed to be replaced. After having no contact from anyone at the dealership, I started to harass to get answers and was basically led on and on about them looking in to options to fix. After finding out that the cost of the part was $4200 and can only be bought oem from the manufacturer, I received zero updates on the status of possible repairs and once again had to keep harassing to get answers. Fast forward to 5 weeks after the major engine code developed, still no answer from them, so I once again tried messaging with zero answers. Customers be ware, if you buy a vehicle from here, you better pray it has no issues, because they are your best friend till you sign and drive off with the vehicle, but absolutely zero follow through with after care and seems as though any issues are yours to deal with. If the repairs are fairly cheap and easy to fix, they seem to do them, but once the repair list gets long and expensive, they want to avoid all obligations to provide a safe and reliable vehicle to their customers and you're on the hook! Coming from a service industry myself, this is the absolute worst experience I've had and not what I expected. Sadly, I've had many family and friends that have come to me about my experience here and if they should look to them for a newer vehicle. Sadly because of this poor experience, they potentially lost out on 4-5 sales. Good customer service, good buying experience and follow through, bring repeat and word of mouth business. Sadly, I think these guys missed that memo! More

We put our car on the HOC Park and Sell lot, they agreed to keep it inside but left it outside almost the entire time. Just after the contracted two months we went to pick it up and it had two thousand ext to keep it inside but left it outside almost the entire time. Just after the contracted two months we went to pick it up and it had two thousand extra miles on it!! We had been told we would be contacted if there was any interest/test drives/offers... and had never been contacted. Obviously the owner and staff were enjoying driving this car purely for their entertainment. I am suspicious it was even rented out for a weekend wedding. A potential buyer wanted to discuss price, was told HOC would contact us, then was told we had been contacted and were firm on our price. They never tried to contact us at all. We had even spoken with Erwin the salesman and told him we would lower our asking price but apparently HOC stuck to their own price. When we yanked our car from their "lot" we were told the car had a deposit... which was amusing as again, we had never been contacted by HOC about anything. DO NOT trust these people with your car! They have zero respect and are completely unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I gave them one star only because I had to in order to do this review. More
