Initially the process was starting off good u til the test drive and some documents. BE CAREFUL WHAT THEY ALL SAY. I made it clear I was shopping for the best value for my money. They had brought up a vehicle from Lethbridge which was excellent got it up quick so I was able to test drive. The process was moving along well. When the test drive came up they had passed some financing docs along the table, I once again made it clear I had one other vehicle to look at at another dealership in Calgary. I had gone to check out the other dealership and to my surprise HOC had submitted all the docs for financing when I had re confirmed at the test drive that the docs were to hold the vehicle and that they would NOT be submitted right away. Welp they did submit them right away so when I had called them to say hey you guys submitted documents that I was told wouldn’t be right away as I had one other vehicle I wanted to take a look at, I was told “we purchased the vehicle from Lethbridge for you to have” as if it was my fault I found a vehicle I liked and wanted to test drive it when they had offered to bring it up (isn’t this part of the business?) then I was quickly hung up on by the finance manager after being told “if that’s how you want to do this” when I told him I preferred the other model I had looked at and wanted it with drawl the “financing” they had submitted.
