Very bad service. Sold us a $40,000.00 SUV. A month later the battery was dead. Told me that I would have to pay for the battery, towing, and labour costs. We live 2 Sold us a $40,000.00 SUV. A month later the battery was dead. Told me that I would have to pay for the battery, towing, and labour costs. We live 2 hours from the dealership. The salesman Dan laughed at me when I questioned the options. Never go there! Once they get your money, the after service care is garbage. I have never experienced such a condescending attitude. Lied to us about coverage. More

I had purchased a used SUV through them and the salesman knew less about the car than I did. I even gave him the opportunity to read up on it and he didn't before I came back to look at it again. They assur knew less about the car than I did. I even gave him the opportunity to read up on it and he didn't before I came back to look at it again. They assured me that an out of province auctioned vehicle would be even more thoroughly inspected than a local vehicle. After I reluctantly bought the car, they said they'd do another detailing on it before I picked it up, which they hadn't and there were a few things we had asked to have cleaned. I took it home that day (needed it for work) and planned to return when the all weather mats (that we're worked into the sale) were in for installation. Included then would be the new windshield and leather seat repair they had in the sales receipt. A few days later, I had missed a call from Honda saying my mats were in. My salseman messaged me to let me know they were in as well. When I asked him how I went about setting up the appt, he never responded. After that, it was a chase to set up an appt for all 3 things to be dealt with. I had called the service department a couple of times and left messages with their receptionist only to get no call back. It seemed as though no one knew who was responsible for making the follow up appt, and it felt as though they didn't care since the car was off their lot (nor a Honda product). In the meantime, I had asked to have a wheel alignment done as my drive felt off, and asked for them to check why the car felt sluggish in the mornings driving it. The salesman told me it'd cost $155 to have the diagnostics done on it and asked if I wanted to proceed. I didn't understand why I got extended warranty on it only to be expected to pay for this. This ended up being one more thing my salesman didn't know I had for the vehicle. When I asked if I could return the vehicle because I was dissatisfied with my purchase and their treatment of me, they deterred me away from it. They told me Honda did not have that option and it would just cost me more to sell it back to them. On their website there's a 30 day or 1700km return policy but they didn't even give me the option. When I finally got booked in for my services, my salesman tried to tell me their service department had, "tried calling you multiple times." Which I had only ever received one call and voice-mail from them. If they had called me "multiple times" I never received any further voice-mails from them. Or missed calls. After all of this, I opted to cancel my extended warranty through them because I felt they did not care about me or the car. Not even out of trying to be a good business did they still offer to check the concerns I had brought up to them when I did take my car in finally. They did the windshield and seat repair for me. They didn't even put in the all weather mats. I had to ask for them when I went to pick up my car. I'm so disappointed in them. I had previously purchased two new Honda products from them and had great experiences. This time, I'm so disappointed in the service I had received. It felt as though they just wanted the sale and to be done with me. Never again will I shop at Honda nor refer friends and family to them. More
In speaking with parts about winter tires, they convinced me to purchase the Michelin x-ice, rather than go to a reputable tire shop, so I thought I would give them a chance, to prove there service was as g me to purchase the Michelin x-ice, rather than go to a reputable tire shop, so I thought I would give them a chance, to prove there service was as good as a tire shop. But unfortunately after about 900 kms, my CRV developed an extreme vibration. So, immediately I called the service dept, and spoke with a service clerk , which told me , it would be about a week before I could come in and get it checked out. Well, I can't drive it with a vibration, as a safety concern, I had to go to a reputable Tire shop and get the tires re-balanced , which were NOT balanced properly by your service dept. So, I would not recommend this dealership for tires, so save your money and grief and go to a reputable tire store More
