Service center Took my car in to have under the hood cleaned out because a rodent had been stashing pinecones all through under my hood. Picked my car up the next da Took my car in to have under the hood cleaned out because a rodent had been stashing pinecones all through under my hood. Picked my car up the next day and after I was charged to have the pinecones removed popped the hood and it was still stuffed full of debris. I was talked down to by the staff, offered no apology or remedy, was told the mechanics had no way of getting the pinecones out, was told they had no shop vac or small tools to blow out or remove the more difficult debris even though just reaching into the engine area I could pull out more pinecones that remained with just my hands. This dealership sells you by promising free loaner cars when you bring your car in to be serviced however when I asked for a service car I was flatly told no. These people do not take pride in their work or care about your safety. I took my car in to have it professionally cleaned out for fear of a fire starting under my hood and destroying my car and potentially causing a fatal accident and I get a half done job I could have done better myself. More

Great Experience Bought a used vehicle from Red Deer Honda and everyone we dealt with was great, from Sev in Sales to Jen in finance. The process took a little longer than expected but they answered all my questions and communication was good considering I was from out of town. They got me into a vehicle I wanted and juggled some numbers to accommodate the financing. I would most definitely recommend them and purchase again. It's worth the drive! More
