I did my change oil service on 21st January 2025 at Honda Red Deer and after the service was done I received a recommendation notice that my Honda Pilot 17 needs the following: 1. Brake system flush 2. Rep Red Deer and after the service was done I received a recommendation notice that my Honda Pilot 17 needs the following: 1. Brake system flush 2. Replace front brake pads and rotors - 3mm rotors to thin to machine 3. Replace rear brake pads and rotors - 2mm to thin to machine And today February 11, 2025 I did a second opinion by asking another Honda Service to check my brake pads and rotors and the inspection revealed that the brake pads and rotors are 6mm front and rear. I would like the management of Honda Red Deer to look into this case and see if the service personnel gave me a premature recommendation for an earlier replacement of my brakes pads and rotors (front and rear). This seemed to be an unfair practice of giving a misleading information to its long time client for 13 years. More

Almost a month ago, I recently had a service done at Calgary's Village Honda, however, they didn't do a very good job as I noticed that they did not close half my skid plate which made it hang halfway t Calgary's Village Honda, however, they didn't do a very good job as I noticed that they did not close half my skid plate which made it hang halfway the whole time. During my drive I will be hearing and notice some scraping noise underneath my car. I kept trying to get a hold of Village Honda's service team, yet they keep putting me back in queue to wait for days for an appointment which is very disappointing. The next few days, we were in Red Deer, until I drove and ran through a higher construction bump road and smashed/ broke my skid plate that was hanging. It could have been a worst situation as I had my family with me with three kids at the back. It happened in Red Deer. So, I went in to Honda Red Deer and asked if they could help me fix it and they said YES right then and there (The right thing that Village Honda should have done). I only waited 15 minutes inside the dealership with my family. I am so grateful for Red Deer Honda and their service team for the whole experience. They did not even let me pay a single cent! Excellent customer service and thank you to Honda Red Deer. Would recommend this place for all your needs. More

James P was my salesman He was outstanding. He was so knowledgable . I test drove many cars as I was new to Honda and had no idea what I wanted. James knew exactly where to steer me.
