We've been using the local mechanics in Sundre for regularmaintenance. Tried 3X's to figure out was wrong - they did not deliver a satisfactory outcome. My hubby brought our 2012 Honda CRV in late l regularmaintenance. Tried 3X's to figure out was wrong - they did not deliver a satisfactory outcome. My hubby brought our 2012 Honda CRV in late last week. The service personnel were able to diagnose the problem right away. Early this week, my CRV "little Stink"went back to Red Deer Honda. Now more noise on start up, we are all happy with the service we received. Red Deer Honda you've put the "Service" back in Customer Service. It's refreshing & reliable. Thank you so much More

This was by far the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and I was told directly that my car was “worth nothing,” which was extremely disrespectful. Dealership tries to make their extra fees apart of sales deal. Even tho illegal in alberta to do so. Will relist a car at a different price, then add discount, which is a scam to buyers. Be sure you check car price from a month ago to see what it was listed for. They increase list price then offer discount. Which means its not a real savings. Buyers beware.
