I do sincerely apologize as I can assure you that this is not the way we conduct business. We take pride in looking after our customers and delivering a great experience but we obviously fell short of that objective here. Admist Covid-19 it has certainly been a challenging time for our industry with so many extra procedures and protocols however, we’re still not operating at full capacity so our team should be really able to nail our service standards. This is definitely not a standard we train our team on and I am extremely disappointed. In all honesty we have a brand new leadership team that we’re training, and it is very important to me that they don’t let these standards fall for you or any other guest. I know you have sent this feedback with every good intention for our business and sincerely thank you for taking the time to do so. Hi Mike I sent you a reply text that you can disregard as I see you read the review. My intention is absolutely not to ridicule but I had to say something as a former business owner I know I would want to know if there was a problem. I was not in the car business but I am sure it applies. I understand with COVID etc there are challenges. I felt very disrespected I took a day off gave ample warning I was coming. I was ready to buy and had every intention of coming home with that car. I hope this will be a learning experience for your staff I would especially target the sales manager I am not sure if he is new but he definitely needs some mentoring.

I would obviously prefer positive feedback, but if people don't take the time to let us know where we are falling down, we will never improve, so I thank you. It definitely sounds like he could use some additional mentoring, and I will most certainly use this as a training tool not only at our Honda store, but all of our stores.
