BE CAREFUL!! The used car salesman, Jonathan Bourbonnais tried to con us. We were looking to exchange 2 vehicles against 1 and he had confirmed via email that it would be a 0$ transaction. We asked to see a written offer and he kept starting and stopping, talking about different topics and not getting to the numbers. Finally I had to write down some numbers since the deal he was proposing didn't make sense. The deal he was proposing was leaving us with the original loan (over 9000$) on top of trading in the 2 vehicles. We left in a hurry once we realized what he was up to. BE CAREFUL. More
When I first bought my car a Honda civic 2007 it was a return from a rent. I payed for certification about a 900$, I was in shock because of the price and that I bought it from a compagny its not supposed return from a rent. And then I passed it telling my self its ok maybe its theyre right. Ater I called the consumer services and they said that Honda are not allowed to make me pay the certification because its supposed to come with the vehicule. Then I went back and tried to have the original price back.. When I saw the car the first time the price was 13 000$ but I paid 14000 $ they gave me back the price of my car (not the original one ) so I asked them to hand me the price that was ON the car and they said that they dont have it anymore.. As so they hided the certification price in the vehicules prices. So far so good I decided to keep on even tho I was stolen in a way. A week after I found out that my car had two colors. Endeed the original color was black but there was a side that was a bit blue. I went back to see Honda Ile Perrot and they said that they cant do anything about it because I took the car. I told them that there was an incident on the car prof and ive asked before buying the car about it but they said there was nothing wrong. And then they accepted to help me arrange my cars color and wanted me to pay 200$ for the services. Of course I refused because its not even my mistake and they should have inspect it more carefully. Two weeks after, again another problem I had a whole in my muffler now and my car was doing a big noise. I went to Honda Ile Perrot again and they asked for 800$ of reparation. I was mad and I refused, I called them told them I dont want the car anymore because its not fair and I just had it. That kind of problem is not supposed to happen. They accepted to repair it at their own expenses because they said it was their mistake and again they didnt inspect it carefully. Every thing was going fine until I had my accident at the end of December. My car was a total loss. I called Honda Ile Perrot to know how much I owe them , le manager was rude to me and told me that I should have bought the option 'valeur à neuf' meaning that I could have had a new car. I asked him if we could figure out something that can help me out because I would like to stay their customer and have another car with them. He answered me : ' No, we cannot do anything you bring the money and you pay us back' That comment was unprofessional and really rude especially to someone who would have liked to stay as a customer. After my experience I wouldnt recommend Honda Ile Perrot because they refused to help me out even tho I was gonna pay the price for another car too bad for them they've lost a customer just because they were unprofessional. The way you treat a customer makes a whole difference. More
