Wish someone had forewarned me NEVER to go here. Dropped my vehicle off for a fairly simple issue that should have taken 5 days at most. They Completely RUINED my truck. Constant struggles with management, constant calls to customer service that went unanswered. Owner does not stand behind his word. No help or remorse what so ever. 4 months later I get my truck back and it's damaged! What gives them the right to scratch up vehicles and pretend like nothing ever happened??? How this dealership remains open is beyond me. You have been warned .....Steer Clear of Hollis Ford. More

The thing is , the car is handling amazingly better with the new sway bar.. ( which of course I have no clue as to what is a sway bar ).. So good job Brian Buckley More

I've been waiting 25 yrs for this type of service .........glad to see its finally in Truro and you don't have to go to the HRM. More

Originally I had to schedule a day off because I was told I would have to leave the vehicle all day but my appointment was canceled the day before I was supposed to go in causing me to miss that day of work, very costly to me with nothing but a weak apology from the service desk. They said it would be between five days to five weeks before I could be rescheduled. Over four months later I am contacted with an offer to reschedule. This time I was told it would only take an hour. Didn't need to take a full day off at all! This was for a recall for an airbag. Time lag due to not having part in stock or available. I don't use this service center normally and am not likely to include it in my list of places for future work. More
