They found me the car with all the exact features I was looking for in a quick and organized manner. The sales rep was extremely friendly and professional with a great sence of humor. I really liked how quickly she was to respond to all my inquiries whether it be by phone or email. She made sure I got all the discounts I was eligible for and saved me lots of money on my car. When it was time to pick up the vechicle she spent a lot of her time explaining features and setting up things such as on star with me step by step. I left extremely satisfied. The one thing that stood out to me was that after purchasing she kept in contact with me via email and offered her help if I was to need any assistance in the future. Then when I did she responded just as quickly as before when we were in the process of closing the deal. When I dropped by to pick up an accessory she greeted me by my name and took time from her day to chat with me. I didn't just feel like "another sale" to her. I have purchased 2 other cars from large dealerships in recent years, and test driven many others, and this was easily the most relaxed experience without being pressured to buy.
