I recently purchased a used 2009 Subaru WRX Premium from this dealership for a good price ($21,000). I payed for the service fee on the car and picked it up on the scheduled day as usual. I was told everything was good to go and drove off the lot. The car itself was great until I took it home and tried to switch out the summer tires for new winter tires. The dealership forgot (or MISPLACED) my tire wheel lock key. So I can't take off the tires myself without damaging the Rims in some way. Calling them back was a hassle, everyone apparently is unable to help me, saying that they're not responsible for my problem... Another issue is from my two 12 Volt power outlets inside the vehicle are not working. I suppose that's something they chose to not tell me during the sale of the vehicle. At least I can fix my issues by paying for and replacing everything myself, which is what I have to do since the Suzuki dealership is not willing to help me in any way, because it's "not their problem" and their Salesmen are not "mechanics."
