I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he's arrogant, it's all I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he's arrogant, it's all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened. I leased from this place for over 7 years more than $84,000 paid to highland in that time and not 1 payment was ever reported to the credit bureau. This is intentional so that the person leasing never reaps the rewards of on time fulfilled payments to help build credit history for future endeavours. This dealer will intentionally not work with other dealers in town to stop a sale even if they don't have a vehicle to sell you. Take my advice don't get screwed go Northside More
