Worst service. Went in for a recall repair. Was supposed to be done in one day. They took 3 days, did not contact me on the second days at all. Third day, they igno Went in for a recall repair. Was supposed to be done in one day. They took 3 days, did not contact me on the second days at all. Third day, they ignored my calls. Broke the Bluetooth function during repairs and wanted to charge me for diagnosing their error. Dont plan on returning again unless this is rectified and this turned me off all Ford products for the future. More
