We got a personalized note in a piece of advertising saying that with a new vehicle we would get either a remote start or winter tires. This arrived two days after we bought our new Rave4 Hybrid 2020. But it seems it did not apply to cars bought the week before the letter came to us!! Read your Toyota advertisements carefully! We will not read them at all anymore. More
