There, Darcy is our go-to guy who is simply fantastic, filled with unending cheer and exemplary kindness. He understands at times that money is tight and helps us evaluate what must be done versus what can wait, and does so with compassion. And yes, you can have a specific person when you get your car serviced. That consistency is huge. It means every visit I am reassured Darcy and everyone else is taking good care of me and my car. What a difference at High River Toyota, where I was never disrespected once over the last 15 years. Our Toyota is old now but running like a well-oiled machine because it is!
