I purchased a 2022 Cadillac xt5 it cost me over $ 54000. 00 there is a windshield wiper mark over 75% of the windshield, I called the salesman. He said they could not help me, I mentioned to him that I had 30 days to return the Cadillac he said in a rude tone to bring it back right now, your old one is still here. He said why are you calling me and threatening me, I said I'm only stating your 30 day return policy. Over the past 20 years I had bought over 20 cars from Hickman's, After this rude experience with this salesman, I've decided that will never buy another Cadillac from Hickmans. James B More

my car was at Hickman garage twice last week ,I paid $874 so that my car get fixed yet the issue occurred again one hour after I picked up my car on 24 June 2022 As a result of the Hicham st John's mechani so that my car get fixed yet the issue occurred again one hour after I picked up my car on 24 June 2022 As a result of the Hicham st John's mechanic fail to diagnose and fix the car issue i lost a lot of money of my commercial vehicle.
