Was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had biking a car Sales lady was baffled and totally forgot about a $5000 down payment and asked me for it after I was home with my truck and deal was a done de car Sales lady was baffled and totally forgot about a $5000 down payment and asked me for it after I was home with my truck and deal was a done deal but I don’t like to see anyone get fired So I went back and paid her but a deal on one of the extras would of been nice like the step rails I went with they charged me $950 for and told me to sell the ones that were on it and apparently only with $200 More

Service department like no other! I brought my CTS in for an oil change, a rear hub problem and door lock sensor replacement. It was an easy experience for me as I was kept abreast of I brought my CTS in for an oil change, a rear hub problem and door lock sensor replacement. It was an easy experience for me as I was kept abreast of what was going on and what parts were needed. When it was clear the service would not be finished that day due to a parts order, I was given a loaner car to take home. So very much appreciate this staff of friendly and knowledgeable people!
