Unbelievable rude and incompetent sales I attended to buy a pick up truck by trading in my 2015 Corolla. I was sent to Jim , sales person. I spent 5 minutes with Jim who was stressing out ho I attended to buy a pick up truck by trading in my 2015 Corolla. I was sent to Jim , sales person. I spent 5 minutes with Jim who was stressing out how terrible my trade in is and spent zero effort on trying to actually sell a car. He priced the car out on the Ford website configurator and said that's it. And true that was it. It is actually unbelievable that sales people and costumer service like this exists considering that this people make a living from commission that we make them from our money. Save your self the time and the trip. Go to the dealer that respects a customer and treats you with care. With dealer on every corner, you don't need them, they need you. I will never step into that place again. Garbage! More

Repeat satisfied customer Over the past 20 years, I've bought one used Mustang GT, one new Focus SE and one leased Fusion from this dealership and had service on these as well Over the past 20 years, I've bought one used Mustang GT, one new Focus SE and one leased Fusion from this dealership and had service on these as well as a Windstar and Escort GT. I've always been pleased with their low-key, low pressure salespeople and their responsible service. That included unhesitatingly repairing body damage incurred by one of their techs on the Windstar. They do walkarounds without question. And the service on the vehicles has always been fairly priced and necessary. As we've moved, I haven't been back in the last couple of years. So sorry to see some of the unhappy reviews here. More

Worse Customer Service I Ever Had!!!!! On Friday March 11, 2016 , my wife & I took her car into Heritage Ford for an oil change & Emission test & check a slow leak in one tire. After waitin On Friday March 11, 2016 , my wife & I took her car into Heritage Ford for an oil change & Emission test & check a slow leak in one tire. After waiting over 1 hour the service advisor came out with the tect. and started to tell my wife her struts should be replaced & all the brake lines need to be replaced, she declined that work, and they abruptly left. Findlay, after another 45 min had passed the person at the pay desk call my wife up to pay her bill, on the bill it stated headlight was out, and they never repaired the tire that we ask them to do, nor did they advise her that she need a new headlight. When I started to question the service advisor John, he said well you declined that work, and I told him no, just the 2 items that they mention, he then told me you have been chirping since you came in to the service dept. and you better keep quiet or and he did not finish. I told him that works for me. Then, we went to Active Green and had the headlight changed, at Heritage Ford they had talk her into the enchant oil change pkg. which included a air Filter, but at Active Green they show my wife her air filter and it was realty bad, she took it with her for proof. Long story short , this is the worse service Dept, that I have ever had the misfortune to go into. My advice if you go there you are at their mercy , and will not be treated fairly , and to boot , be threatened as well. Stay Away from That Place!!! More

I'd buy from them again I've been in the market for a truck for the past half year and so I knew pretty much what I was looking for. I'm used to getting the slimey sales pressure at most dealerships, but didn't really feel that at Heritage Ford. It was a relaxed, easy process in the sale, and the staff were very informative. Straight up, if I don't like a salesman then I won't buy the product, no matter how good it is. I felt like Heritage Ford respectfully earned my business which is why I ended up buying from them (plus I got a pretty good deal). The only issue that I had was the tailgate latch was a bit sticky, but they fixed it for free... no questions asked. The professionalism was 10/10, I knew they deserved a positive review. More
