Ordered a 2014 Highlander Limited and dealing with Phil was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle and we buy ever 4 years. I came into Heninger Toyota about 2 weeks before Christmas. I met with Theresa who guided me through the process. First figuring out what it was that I wanted, then working to make it happen. She spent quite a while convincing me that the Rav 4 was exactly the vehicle I needed and to that end she worked very hard to make it happen. There was no pressure and as a result the sale was made. I would recommend Theresa to anyone who asks. She is professional, knows the business and the product and shows a great deal of confidence in picking the right vehicle for the customer. Around 2:30pm (after 6.6 hours) i got first call saying that my brake problem has not been looked at yet and no possibility of getting it fixed today at all. When I told them that I dropped my car early morning and gave you full day to fix it, agent replied rudely that you can take your car back, no explanation why it cant be fixed today or nothing. When I went to their office to pick up car, I simply said if you book an appointment it means you should have resource available to get the work done. Agent replied again " Fine you can take your car", I was surprised what kind of people are working out there. They don't know how to behave in a situation when customer is looking for an genuine explanation. I would never ever recommend this center for anything. I just wanted to write a quick review of my great experience at Heninger Toyota's Pre-owned department. I originally walked on the lot with the expectation of having a quick look at an SUV, preferabl experience at Heninger Toyota's Pre-owned department. I originally walked on the lot with the expectation of having a quick look at an SUV, preferably a Highlander or a Pathfinder based on the great reputation for reliability that Toyota's generally carry. I was also looking to purchase something pre-owned but wanted to know that the vehicle had been well taken care of by the previous owner. I had looked at a few of these on other pre-owned lots but this seemed to be priced very well compared to them. Being a sales guy myself, I am easily deterred when I feel that I am being pressured for a sale without someone taking the time to understand what I really want. I can sense a cheesy pitch a mile away. This immediately gives me a bad taste in my mouth and I will look for an excuse to get out of there. After speaking with Steve, he obviously listened to what I was looking for and came across as someone I could trust. After a quick look around I was immediately drawn to a 2009 Highlander Hybrid since I wanted something spacious and good on gas. Not to mention that it looks great as well! He politely asked me if I would like to take it for a test drive and off we went. I loved everything about it! Once we returned he again was very attentive to my budget and said that he would see what he could do to get me a good price and a financing plan that would work for me. Once we sat down at his desk he was able to lower the price as much as possible, ran some numbers and options by me, and we came very close but it initially looked to be a little over my price range. He didn't try to convince me that this was something I could afford and agreed to give me some time to think it over. After I left I decided to look around at similar Highlanders online to see if I could find a better price. I honestly think that this vehicle was priced to sell, not to mention the fact that it was certified by Toyota. Shortly after that he called me back to tell me that he had spoke with his business manager Katie Marden and they had something in mind that would fit exactly into my budget. With all of these options weighed out I decided that this was the best deal with piece of mind that I was going to find anywhere. So back to Heninger I went. The final step was to secure financing with Katie. This is something that can easily make a deal go south quickly if you feel like you are not getting a good rate. She instantly gave me a feeling that she was going to do what ever it takes to ensure I would be well taken care of moving forward. She is a consummate professional who has a contagious smile and is always willing to go the extra mile. Being that this was a large purchase for me and I was kind of nervous to pull the trigger, she immediately gave me the feeling that I was in good hands. She simply asked me a few questions and sent me on my way while we waited for the bank to get back to her. After a short time and a few more questions she was able to secure the best rate available! I am very happy with my purchase at Heninger Toyota Pre-Owned and would highly recommend Katie and Steve to anyone. I have the piece of mind knowing that it has come from a highly regarded pre-owned dealership. Based on my experience so far I am very confident the service department will offer me the same level of customer satisfaction for years to come. Thanks for everything guys! More
