I live an hour away but brought my Rav in for brakes and a service this time instead of my local mechanic because I thought I needed a brake replacement not just a service. Everyone so respectful, friendly and accommodating. I was served by Sherri Smith. She phoned to tell me brakes were fine, new brakes definitely not needed yet, but they wd do the service—and replace the battery which happened to be on recall. The entire service and experience there made me feel like royalty. So friendly and accommodating. I used to get my Rav worked on locally but I'm willing to take the longer drive for the excellent and trustworthy services. Their level of customer service is rare these days, to be honest. It was so worth it to go there! It took two visits—one to buy the car 4 years ago and then today's visit—to gain my sincere, forever loyalty. More

2007 Chevrolet 2500 I called very interested in this truck .I was put though to a saleman named Bob Y. I told him i was extremely into the truck just needed a couple more I called very interested in this truck .I was put though to a saleman named Bob Y. I told him i was extremely into the truck just needed a couple more pictures of it he seemed willing to help sent a few pics of the truck. Then i asked for a few more never got them and now i get a email that the truck has sold! I asked him to put a hold on it but its gone i just wanted to let you know I work at a dealership and have bought many different motorcycles and vehicles. If he would have asked for a deposit i woulda gave him one gladly . This was a terrible experience for me i just wanted to let you guys know thanks for your time More
