I Received Such a high level of disrespect from the people At heartland ford. When I purchase the vehicle The people I was dealing with at heartland ford told me that the car had two sets of tires. One people At heartland ford. When I purchase the vehicle The people I was dealing with at heartland ford told me that the car had two sets of tires. One set was already on the car which was the winter set. The other set Heartland ford put in the back for me. These tires were in the back of the car when I test drove it! The guy with us even commented on how there were 2 sets of tires. When i bought the car Nobody from Heartland ford went outside and went over the vehicle with me. Now summer is quickly approaching So I brought the tires that Heartland ford dealership gave me when i originally purchased the vehicle. I brought the tires To the dealership to get changed. Heartland Ford told me that they were the wrong tires... They told me that I was a liar and These Tires We're not the tires for the vehicle i traded in . I was taken back because first off I have no other tires!! .I never had any other tires! Unless I gave you guys a vehicle without any tires on it! The only tires that I have are the tires Heartland Ford Gave me When I bought the vehicle!!! Second they just called me a liar!!! They refuse to acknowledge that Someone at Heartland Ford dealership Made a mistake and gave me the wrong tires! My husband came to the dealership because I was trying to deal with them for about two hours. He was a little frustrated he wasn't out of Control. Rightfully so, they just called me a liar. Also Heartland Ford dealership We're being dishonest About The tire situation. Heartland ford dealership Right out threatened My husband!. When we told them we were going to record what they had to say. They would not talk to us. And kicked us out of the dealership. Before they gave us another number to call. The amount of smirky disrespect that we got from the men in management Was unbelievably unprofessional! We have dealt with Heartland Ford's disrespect and dishonesty before. Heartland Ford didn't give me The master key fob for the vehicle either when i purchased it..Heartland ford lied about it and said i had the right key. And tried to make us pay for another. until we fought for the right key fob! The other key fob wouldn't let me change any of the settings. Worst dealership I have ever been too! Heartland ford dealership in Fort saskatchewan Alberta. I'd give you guys 0 stars if I could. They need to be out of business or get some more professional people working. More
If you want honesty, fair prices and ZERO hassle and upsell, buy from Heartland. Paul and team know cars, but they know superior customer service even more. The price was very competitive but more importantly, the purchasing process was extremely pleasant. Looking back I would buy from them again in a heartbeat…..no pun intended. If you want a ford, it’s worth the drive from Edmonton to see what they have to say. More

I was told that the windshield was in new condition. They wouldn't replace it. Then I was threatened by Griff Jarvis that if I went to AMVIC he wouldn't even do the detailing. I don't appreciate being threatened More

Hi, I just drove 500 km to pick up my vehicle and only talked to Paul about it, being sight unseen and so far away I was a little scared. I trusted Paul and went with my gut feeling and put a deposit on i talked to Paul about it, being sight unseen and so far away I was a little scared. I trusted Paul and went with my gut feeling and put a deposit on it. The vehicle was even better than I could ever imagine, Paul went up to bat for me and got the best deal possible and I was very pleased at the price. When I got there Paul was away but Mike took me through the process which was a breeze, They both treated me like family. It was the best dealership experience of my life and I have bought over 50 vehicles in my life. I would recommend this dealership to anyone...Thanks again guys for all your help, my hat is off to you....Darren More
Bought a new f150 recently at heartland Ford. The initial experience was good, my salesman Eric went through the truck with me really good, showed me all the options. When it came down to figure out the paym experience was good, my salesman Eric went through the truck with me really good, showed me all the options. When it came down to figure out the payments, told me this would be the price I would pay for the truck. I did my due diligence and added up all the costs etc. and the numbers didn’t add up to which the sales manager “oh sorry about that let me double check something” comes right back and said that he inputted the msrp price not the advertised price of 4000$ off into his computer. I hope this was an honest mistake but I have my doubts. After the credit application went through I went back to deal with finance. Once I got there, the finance manager told me my payments would be this and again I added up all the costs plus interest etc. of the truck and again the number didn’t add up. He then gave me another payment to which it then added up, I again had my doubts about that mistake. Then we started talking about maintenance package and extended warranty. I declined the maintenance package but I had talked to a colleague of mine just prior about the warranty and he said to make sure I get the premium care PLUS, which voids 100$ deductible per repair and covers all of your lightbulbs/lamps etc. I told the finance manager I wanted the premium care plus, thought everything was good to go and after I signed everything went home and went over my paperwork and noticed he put me down for the cheaper extended warranty which would make me have to pay 100$ deductible per repair and none of the bulbs would be covered (led headlamps are very expensive) I emailed the finance manager in question on Saturday telling him about this and he said that we had never discussed the premium care plus package…I replied to him on Monday, no response until I emailed him again Friday and asked him the price difference for the warranty. He replied right away, he did offer to void the 100$ deductible but then I Never got a reply back from him again. I had to test my salesman and it got dealt with right away. I had to pay the difference for the warranty on my credit card 435$. While signing the paperwork I also asked the finance manager about the truck having a full tank of gas and he said no we only put 50$ of gas and when they brought me over to my truck the sales manager made sure to ask the guy who brought my truck over if he had filled the truck up, which it was. Odd. Bottom line is yes heartland ford had the best price for that truck with box liner, nice mud flaps, nice interior all weather matts but make sure that the payments they tell corresponds to the truck price you agree on. Communication was very poor as per the story above. I am not a guy that complains and asks for too much… I would have liked him to say something like “sorry I misunderstood you, we can upgrade that warranty no problem, or we can adjust your payments to upgrade the warranty you want” but he was basically calling me a liar saying I had never mentioned it to which I am 100% sure I did. I would go back to heartland ford but I will be very thorough with making sure payments add up and that I got the warranty I ask for. More
