that really rips my leather! So I went in to get an cabin, air, and oil filter change for my 2009 civic coupe, and they did in less than an hour, so that was average. The part that upsets me is that whoever was in my car propped my snow scraper against the back of my front seat and the LEATHER rear seat! If my dad, who was with me, hadn't caught that little detail, I would've had to pay for the hole in the leather! I like the Honda brand, but if I ever buy new, this dealer will not be my first choice(they also overcharged me on the maintenance btw). More

HIdden fees and poor warranty service Purchased a new 2016 and had to have warranty work within the first few weeks. Had three issues and when they said it was ready, two out of the three Purchased a new 2016 and had to have warranty work within the first few weeks. Had three issues and when they said it was ready, two out of the three jobs were not done and they stated that they would do it when I get an oil change. It is new and that is a long way away. Also found a hidden charge for stolen automobile insurance after the deal was done and I had signed it. The response was glib "we could have just charged you more." I can't recommend this dealership at all. More

Consistent, reliable, quality, honest service is what we have always experienced. On occasion I ask others who have Hondas about their experience and have never heard any complaints about Harvest Honda. As for sales, that was only 2 encounters, though both went well. It seems like a well-run, decent business that is in it for the long term - they treat customers fairly and get the repeat business that generates. More
We were met a very friendly and knowledgable sale rep. He answered all our questions with sencerity. We had a very specific request that they fulfilled. We lost our cars in a fire and we needed 2 loaner cars answered all our questions with sencerity. We had a very specific request that they fulfilled. We did not feel high pressure to purchase the extended warrenty, but assisted us appropriately to get the extras we wanted. Excellent experience, would shop there again! More
