I in turn made another offer, increasing the price I was willing to pay. 2 business days later, without any notice, the told me they had refunded my deposit, having sold the vehicle to someone else. They claim they had tried to reach me, but they sent no email, and while they claim to have called me my phone showed no missed call, and I received no voice message. Their conduct is disreputable and dishonest, and were it worth the time and effort I would consider pursuing fraud charges. Do not trust these people. More

This review is for the Langford dealer, although I assume they are affiliated. My visit to the dealership can best be described as a generally unpleasant experience. It started as I entered the building to unnecessarily loud music and a very strong odor of cheap cologne wafting about. I had made an appointment with Justin whom I had been messaging back and forth with on Marketplace. I was a minute or two early and the receptionist paged him, but I did wait a rather long time which bothered me a little since I went to the trouble of making an appointment. Once he finally made it in to see me he immediately passed me off to Ariana. I just wanted to look at the vehicle but instead was met with a form and a long list of questions to establish a "file". I don't know why I was asked questions including what my SIN is and what my credit rating is. I hadn't even looked at the vehicle yet. I considered this to be a waste of my time and rather annoying. I refused to sign the mostly incomplete form as I don't really appreciate these types of psychologically derived sales tactics. I finally got to see the truck, which I actually quite liked. It was obvious that Ariana didn’t know anything about the truck and seemed puzzled by my request to look under the hood — a pretty basic step when shopping for a vehicle. I had another appointment to view another vehicle. I might have had time to drive the truck but so much time was wasted that I couldn't really make that work. Anyway, to top off my less than stellar experience, Ariana mistakenly texted me "internal notes" shortly after I left the dealership. There was a follow up text to apologize, but she managed to get my name wrong. I the sales manager followed up with me the next day with a non-apology and said he would get back to me with numbers (as I had actually made an offer by email, despite the poor experience). He never bothered to get back to me. I bought a vehicle elsewhere. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

I purchased a brand new Chrysler Pacifica back in 2022 recently I’ve had some issues with it starting replace the auxiliary battery which I totally understand. It’s two years old with using the auto start recently I’ve had some issues with it starting replace the auxiliary battery which I totally understand. It’s two years old with using the auto start and stuff it needs to be replaced. Also had to replace the battery which was from 2015. Essentially I bought a vehicle with a used seven-year-old battery in it, when I asked the service department this morning when it was a recall to look at why it wasn’t starting what they could do about the battery. I was told there’s nothing and they put Into their vehicles all the time and it’s regular practice for Chrysler. So I informed The service manager that I was going to leave a review and he said he’s no longer going to service my vehicle and to leave. The sales department and one of the sales managers offered to help me and I got pretty much the same Response I would not recommend going to Harris Dodge because they put use used parts in their brand new vehicles and hope there customers miss it and then expect you to eat the cost and not make it OK. More

Worst dealership ever! !! My daughter got her car in Nov with payments on a certified vehicle and her transmission goes in June and they want 9000, I tell them no way, than !! My daughter got her car in Nov with payments on a certified vehicle and her transmission goes in June and they want 9000, I tell them no way, than two days later they call back and say u seem really nice and we will help with the cost, because warranty would only cover 4000, so the remainder they will share the cost… now early July the transmission goes again than i come to find out it wasn’t a new transmission they put in her car but a used one and now they got her to sign a contract to pay the deductible of $150… my daughter is being taken advantage of!!!! And they never conveyed to me that it would be a used transmission!!!! More
