Ryan demonstrated genuine concern and assisted us to deal with it. His approach was professional but came across as more than just sales "hype". He couldn't do enough to ensure our purchase was trouble free. Delivery of the vehicle to Victoria was appreciated as we were towing our trailer back the same day.
