Having some knee problems, I was having to give up my manual Mazda Miata for an automatic transmission car. I visited Harris Parksville Oceanside and met Salesman Ryan Swailes who was very pleasant, knowledgeable, as well as instrumental in helping me determine which type of car I really wanted. I was extremely impressed with Ryan taking the time to ask me thorough and thoughtful questions which certainly helped me focus, and make the right decision as to the make of car I truly desired. After reflection of Ryan's questions, I knew I wanted another Miata however it had to be an automatic transmission. At the time, no Miatas were on his lot for me to look at. However, Ryan had kept me in mind, and I promptly received a call from Ryan a couple of days later letting me know one was available. And so after an examination of the car and taking it on a long test drive, we began negotiations. I am pleased to say that I received a generous trade-in allowance for my older Miata. I would also like to point out that Ryan worked very hard during our negotiations and that he, his Manager Steve Peters, and myself arrived at a satisfactory agreement with which I am very pleased. I am now the happy owner of once again, a Mazda Miata. Because of this great experience with Ryan Swailes and his Manager Steve Peters, plus the Service staff at Harris Parksville, I also look forward to having my Miata serviced at this dealership. More
