No pressure from Steve and very pleasant to deal with and appreciated the fact that I could test drive the vehicle without the salesman present (not the case in Nanaimo - the salesman comes along for the ride) - makes a difference I think - Thanks Steve I really am enjoying my new car. We reviewed what was available on the lot and It was fairly obvious from the beginning of my dealings with Ryan that he had my best interest at heart. We reviewed what was available on the lot and Ryan was very knowledgeable in terms what each vehicle had to offer. Once I determined what suited my needs the best, Ryan, I believe pursued the best deal possible involving my trade. There were more expensive units on the lot but Ryan did not try to upsell me which I appreciated. In todays marketplace it's nice to leave a dealership confident that you were treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Believe that happens elsewhere I can assure you. Paula always seems to go above and beyond for myself and her other customers, when I'm in there for service. She is always so great to deal with. When I bought my Chevy Truck it did not come with a When I bought my Chevy Truck it did not come with a manual. so I emailed greg asking him to send me one - he said the book is too expensive - mea When I bought my Chevy Truck it did not come with a manual. so I emailed greg asking him to send me one - he said the book is too expensive - meanwhile I just gave him $25,000 - he sent me a electronic link version. -. then I emailed him back reminding him that before I bought the truck he would have given me 10 manuals no problem. so he got back to me - said he would get me one but that it would take 5 weeks. 5 weeks later I get a used GMC manual that he tells me he got from another trade in (how does this solve the problem for the next guy)..... furthermore I have to pay $7.50 at the post office cause Harris payed insufficient postage.
