World class customer experience I had a world class customer experience with Les, John and Cheryl. Les was very informative when it came to helping me purchase the 2018 Chevy son I had a world class customer experience with Les, John and Cheryl. Les was very informative when it came to helping me purchase the 2018 Chevy sonic. He provided a lot of detail when it came to the specifications of the vehicle and with a in-depth test drive I was able to get a good feel for how it handled. John and Cheryl worked really hard to meet my expectations financially. By giving me a little more of a trade in value for my used vehicle, and going that extra mile to explore all options to remain within my bi weekly budget. From start to finish this took a good portion of the day but it was countered by their friendly , professional work ethic. The little things like offering me a coffee, sharing a personal experience or even wearing an outstanding Christmas suit (loved it John!) makes a huge difference when connecting with people. Because of that, time seemed to fly quite quickly . After everything was said and done Les then gave me his contact information giving me that "peace of mind" knowing that a lot of information was passed down and if I should have any questions I could reach out to him. Used Buick I visited Harris and met Les Horne...told him i saw a Buick Regal on their web-site...he showed me the car, got the background info and we went throug I visited Harris and met Les Horne...told him i saw a Buick Regal on their web-site...he showed me the car, got the background info and we went through it. We did a good test drive and he told us about the options in the car. We wanted the care and worked with john Eivindson on my trade..eventually we agreed on the terms. Cheryl worked with us to get financing...and was efficient and quick and helpful! Fallyon Jenko...think it was Real Insurance...help get the car covered she we could take it home...all in all everyone was good to deal with! Hopefully the car works as well. More
