Our salesman, Kurt, had great peop We went to this dealership twice. The first visit was just to ask a few questions, the second was for a test drive. Our salesman, Kurt, had great people skills and was not high pressure. What really impressed us was his product knowledge and ability to point out great features on the car. We returned to the dealership and wanted to know prices which we were told the salesman did not know or have access to. Yet I can go online and do a build a price?? When he returned from the sales manager's office it was with a price that was ridiculous. We had looked at another car and of course each make and model had different prices. Our car was less than three years old and had 24,000 km. on it. It was primo yet this dealer valued it at $5,000 less than the competitor had for the same car. Not five hundred dollars different but five THOUSAND DOLLARS difference. We had to leave but the sales guy, Kurt, promised to call us before he left on vacation to let us know the availability of the color and model we liked and see if we could negotiate. He promised three times that he would telephone but instead went on vacation and we never have heard a word from him or anyone else on this deal. Don't give your business to a place that wants to rip you off and then can't offer basic follow up to their commitment. More
