Other than a brief 3-year hiatus, I have been driving a Mazda since getting my licence at 16 (26 years ago). So it didn't surprise me that I fell in love with the new CX9. We dealt with Kassandra Kirkham, and her bubbly personality made the experience even better. We absolutely loved her no-pressure sales tactic, and her knowledge of the vehicle was very reassuring. She went above and beyond our expectations of a salesperson, and helped make the purchase of a new SUV totally enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend seeking her out! But I would also like to add that the other Harris Mazda representatives that we dealt with (Doug and Robert) were awesome too! More

In for new tires, out with damaged rim I purchased new tires through Mazda. Great pricing. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did a walk around only to find damage on the rear passenger side rim I purchased new tires through Mazda. Great pricing. Upon picking up my vehicle, I did a walk around only to find damage on the rear passenger side rim. There was also an addition 14km on my odometer that were not reflected on the shop paperwork and I was down 1/8 of a tank of gas. They are having a 3rd party company repair the rim but I am now without my truck for another day during my kids spring break. My wife and I bought a $50k vehicle from Mazda last year and we aren’t sure if we’ll be back. More
