He was quick to find assistance of a colleague to get an answer on the few questions I had stumped him with instead of trying to stumble through it on the spot. I had previously done a lot of Internet research on the crossovers before narrowing the field down to a handful and Craig was still able to provide other information and video on vehicle comparisons I had not come across. I was impressed with the test drive as Mazda has a set route which covers a wide variety of road samples, city, highway, country, hills, etc. to put the vehicle through its paces and get a really good feel of the over all performance of the vehicle, not a short casual drive I experienced with a couple other dealers.
