Excellent service I was very pleased with the level of service during my first check up. I purchased my used BMW at Harris Kia 6 months ago, Jeremy was awesome. Kolbi Rocks I had my Kia serviced last week & Kolbi in service was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed of all aspects of my car. I feel confide I had my Kia serviced last week & Kolbi in service was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kept me informed of all aspects of my car. I feel confident in the work I get done at Kia and happy Kolbi is overseeing the work on my car. She is an asset to your team. Oh and Rachel sold me my car and she is fabulous too! More

Great Service and reliablity I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Abou I contacted Kolbi at Harris Kia via email and arranged for an appointment on Saturday 9:15AM When I got there she said it would be 1 1/2 hours. About 80 minutes later I got a call that all was done. Great service, on time. Got new plugs and a radiator flush and change. The car runs better and they even washed the car for me. Hard to beat the service at Harris Kia in Nanaimo. More
