Dysfunctional is the word for the Service Dept. Last 3 calls from their Service Dept has been to change the app't due to the service writer-woman wanting me to make an app't on Mon-Fri as Sat & Mon Last 3 calls from their Service Dept has been to change the app't due to the service writer-woman wanting me to make an app't on Mon-Fri as Sat & Mon was her days off. Today, my app't made 8 days ago, again she was trying to switch my app't to a M-F. Customer Service is long gone from this Service Dept! The Service manager (Jeff)- lord knows who trained him! Also Jeff- turn on your voice message, so a customer can at least leave a msg! Please TRY to understand, people have jobs, lives and this may not align to YOUR preferred days. Both service writers should be able to take over for each other to process the customer, billing etc., to allow the customer to be on THEIR way ASAP. I hope the owner takes note and reviews how their Service Dept is operating. I believe he would NOT be impressed. I am now on hold (22 mins so far) to reach SOMEONE in the Service Dept to change my daughters app't to Sat and although I can leave a voice message by pressing 1, so they can return my call as THEIR earliest opportunity, hmmm will that be before or after the upcoming app't? Even reception does not come back on and why would I trust them to call me back after my experiences with the "service?" Dept. I do hope that the Service Dept has a meeting with the owner and their staff is re-trained in customer service in the Service Dept. I spoke last time I had to take my daughters car in, to Ian the car rep whom she purchased her lease vehicle with about the lack of service. I am guessing he kept it all to himself sadly. Really not impressed with the after car sales service!! The dealership NEEDS to re-evaluate a few things!! GM is looking pretty good right about now. More

He even repaired one of the broken devices that saved me over $200.00. With his humble and eager to learn attitude, I see his appreciation to his co-worker and dedication to his career. Engine Light Check I went to the service department the other day as I my engine light went on and I wanted to see the code to know what was wrong. I went in and the man said it would take 2 hours roughly to check for the code when this is a 2 minute process... I could do it myself if I had the reader. As well it was going to cost me $100. I am a young female, and I felt as if he was trying to take advantage of me for assuming my lack of knowledge about my engine light coming on. I went to Mr. Lube instead where he did the whole process in 3 minutes and with a minimal charge less than 1/4 of the price at the Honda service centre. More
Untrustworthy I have had 3 Honda vehicles serviced at Harmony Honda. My net experience has been poor. In short, I do not trust the service group. My most recent exp I have had 3 Honda vehicles serviced at Harmony Honda. My net experience has been poor. In short, I do not trust the service group. My most recent experience was that I had an independent mechanic do a check on my vehicle. Then I took it to Harmony Honda and they told me I needed a $1500 repair. I declined because I have had earlier experiences where they tried to up sell me aggressively or charge me for items I didn't need. So I took my car back to the independent mechanic and they confirmed there was no problem with my car's front end. I love Honda products but I avoid having any service work done there. They are friendly and efficient but very costly and I have little confidence that what they are telling me is the truth. On the sales side, I found Jonathan to be very helpful and friendly. I would buy from him. More

WOLFGANG RUSCH, Service Advisor is a GEM of a person. His PR qualities and his professionalism wins of harts and minds of customers, thus win the Loyalty of customers and repeat clients. My Car A/C problem and my car Door problem was fixed instantly. he took the initiative to check my entire car and found that Break Pads need to be changed and he changed them. he found the problem in the Wheels alignment and he fixed it. This is what I call "Think out of the box". With such satisfied treatment, I do not think I will ever take my car to any other Service station except Harmony Honda and serviced specifically by Wolfgang Rusch. Randy greeted me with a big smile as I arrived at Harmony Honda as I booked an appointment. Randy listened to my story, reviewed my history, booked a complimentary inspection and then I waited for a shuttle ride home in their comfortable WiFi lounge. The next day, Randy called to say that our Element was ready and my courteous shuttle driver Fred was on his way. Apon arrival; Randy handed me my keys and said " It should have been done right the first time! " This is why we bought this car 14 years ago and it shows why Honda is a leader in warranty and customer satisfaction! Thanks for the complimentary cold water and car wash too. Nice touch! More

We spoke with the Vernon dealership where we purchased the vehicle, to have them say to come to Venron and look at it, we drove all the way to Vernon, to be told there was no technician that would be available to even look at it. I called and spoke to Candace at Harmony Honda, she was amazing on the phone told me to come right in, once I got to the dealership Wolfgang Rusch knew who I was coming came, helped me out right away, asked to to wait to see what the problem was, they found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner! So very thankful for the both of them today!!!!!!!!!! We now know where to go for quality service! Thank you both again More
