Serviced Honda in November 2015 I own a new Honda Civic and when it was time for my second oil change, made an arrangement with Harmony Honda for an oil change priced at $55.88. When I own a new Honda Civic and when it was time for my second oil change, made an arrangement with Harmony Honda for an oil change priced at $55.88. When arrived on time, the Service Manager forced me to purchase the Service Package B for $221-$245 after taxes. The screening report came out clean, nothing on it. After this oil change my car started leaking oil, which indicates the technician did not tighten the cap properly. I am mad to pay $245 for reckless service. I wish you go out of business next year. More

Either he was having a bad day or just generally has an incredibly rude and stuck up attitude. My time spent at this dealership was very negative and I would not come back just based on the way we were treated. How did this man get this job? Will not return. More

When you buy Honda Canada product, you support the manufacture workers in Ontario, and the new civic or CR-V, the best on the market . Ps. I take the Cr-v for trip to Edmonton and back to Kelowna ;full loaded about extra 200 kg, over the mtn, speed 90-100 km/h and I burn 58 l gas for 700 km = 8,28 l/100 km that is so good, and 2,4 engine have 185 hp Excellent job Honda Canada. Will never buy from Harmony! First off, I need to say that the sales person (I think his name was Kevin) was very friendly and good to deal with. It was the person in the finance First off, I need to say that the sales person (I think his name was Kevin) was very friendly and good to deal with. It was the person in the finance department who made our experience horrible. We are in the process of building back our credit and were already approved by TD Finance for a vehicle, however, it was on a vehicle we didn't want. We stopped in at Harmony Honda dealership expecting to use that financing on a Honda instead. The finance person was very condescending and judgemental. She made us feel as though we were CLEARLY wasting her time. She even said "your chances of getting a car here are 50/50 and doesn't look good". She tried to talk us into buy used and was talking to us like we were idiots. She told us she would "get back to us next week".... (but we got the impression that she wasn't going to bother anyway). We left the dealership feeling awful and we decided to call back and tell them to stop the process, as we were not going to follow through with anything there. Last minute decision was to stop at Bannister Honda (where we'd bought 3 other Civics in the past). We gave the finance dept there the same info we'd given Harmony Honda....she was friendly, professional and had us approved in an HOUR! We drove off that lot in our new 2014 Civic EX that same afternoon and got everything we were looking for! Harmony Honda should take customer service training from Bannister and maybe they'd learn how to earn new business. I'll never go back there and certainly never recommend Harmony Honda to anyone. More
