Sunny spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle-all the little extras we had no clue about. I think the thing we liked most about Sunny was the fact he did not pressure us to buy. Rather he let us test drive it, understand it and then we were left to make a decision. We did not buy the same day but went home to think about it. The next day we were happy to return to Harmony Honda and make our purchase. It was Sunny's day off, but he came to the dealership and spent the good part of 4 hours with us. We are impressed with the dealership and impressed with Sunny....but most of all we love our CRV Touring :) More

Quick professional service I am a visitor from out of town, and I came in without an appointment to check on a tire pressure indicator light before driving the highway today. "Wolfgang R." in the service department was very helpful. He personally assessed my tires and made sure I was safe to travel. He did this quickly and I was on my way within minutes. I was very indecisive and they did not pressure me in to a decision, which is always the expectation when buying/leasing a car. They even cleaned my car while I test drove a vehicle... unbelievable. I have had trouble with tire shops in the past and, frankly, shopping for tires causes me stress. I will definitely be calling Drew again. More
Happy with the sales department, service is poor I bought my Honda CRV in 2011 and was really happy with my sales person Gary. He took all the time in the world for me, was very friendly and polite. The last 2 experiences I have had with the service department are very disappointing though. Eight months ago I brought my car in for the B service and was told by Wolfgang that I should have my brake fluid changed,which he would do at a 10% discount. When I went in to pick up my car and pay my bill the discount was not applied to it and they had to get the manager to verify it. Also two days later my windshield washer fluid light came on and the reservoir was completely empty. My oil life computer also had not been reset. Just last week I went in for an A service ( oil change) and Jeff Ian helped me out. I told him that my windshield wiper fluid light came on 2 days after my last service and he assured me that they normally check and top up all fluids. When my car was ready I asked to make sure that they had checked my fluid levels and he assured me they had......and today my windshield wiper light came on again! Completely empty! I am not upset that I have to fill it myself, but I am upset about the fact that they obviously lie about what they check and very likely they do not check any levels at all if they did not notice it was running on empty! In the future I will only be going here for my oil changes as I bought lifetime oil changes with my car, but anything else I will have done at another garage....I am not impressed! More

Serviced Honda in November 2015 I own a new Honda Civic and when it was time for my second oil change, made an arrangement with Harmony Honda for an oil change priced at $55.88. When I own a new Honda Civic and when it was time for my second oil change, made an arrangement with Harmony Honda for an oil change priced at $55.88. When arrived on time, the Service Manager forced me to purchase the Service Package B for $221-$245 after taxes. The screening report came out clean, nothing on it. After this oil change my car started leaking oil, which indicates the technician did not tighten the cap properly. I am mad to pay $245 for reckless service. I wish you go out of business next year. More

Either he was having a bad day or just generally has an incredibly rude and stuck up attitude. My time spent at this dealership was very negative and I would not come back just based on the way we were treated. How did this man get this job? Will not return. More
