The service manager then proceeded to send us home with the car stating that they would get it in to a body shop to get it fixed some time soon, Refusing a courtesy car and refusing to let us speak with a manager. According to a reputable body shop the car would not pass an inspection and therefore the vehicle was not deemed roadworthy and would pose a high risk in an accident. Not to mention blatant lies on the sales front about fuel economy and customer service. More

Purchasing a vehicle from this dealership from out of province. Worked with the salesman to be sure this was the vehicle for me given the travel costs to go get it. Agreed on a price and put a deposit down on the vehicle. Booked my flights, hotel, harbour flight etc, get a call the next day saying they sold the vehicle to someone else. At no point was the agreement of my deposit upheld, and I was not given any opportunity to counter offer. Penalty fees for canceling flight, and salesman would not respond to me after someone else had left the message of selling the vehicle. What started as a good experience quickly deteriorated. I've dealt out of province a few times for vehicles, and I have never had such a poor experience like this. More

I just bought a new VW Golf wagon and will continue to have the car serviced at this dealership. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES DEPARTMENT. I agreed to have my 2004 diesel Jetta Wagon with 130,000 km driven by a salesman to assess how much it would be worth in a trade in on a new VW Golf diesel wagon. It is a very rare car to buy and when I was able to find it on Craigslist, it would list for about $12,000. It had been serviced by this dealer since 2007, previously by another dealer in Vancouver. After consulting with the sales manager, the salesman offered me $4,000 for the car. I was shocked and asked him how much he would sell it for. Without batting an eye, he said $10,000. I told him what I thought of his offer and walked out. I purchased the new 2013 Gold diesel wagon in Vancouver and I sold my 2004 for $11,000 cash on Craigslist. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
