From the very first phone call I felt that something was different about this dealership. For starters, it's a family owned place and it shows in all the right places. Everyone that I had the pleasure to meet and spend time with made me feel comfortable and valued and at no point did I ever feel anything less. During the sales process I felt that I was treated fairly and even thought they weren't able to shave much off of the listed price "which was only because the car was fair market priced already", they did play my game and offered me a token discount that made me fell listened too. All of the staff at Harbourview seem genuinely happy to be there which shows in all the right ways. Any questions that I asked were promptly answered to my satisfaction and I valued the whole experience. I'm looking forward to a long journey ahead with these people. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership and everything goes without a hitch it's easy to say positive things about the staff. It's only when unforeseen problems arise that you see the true character of th goes without a hitch it's easy to say positive things about the staff. In our case the vehicle we bought was used and one of those whose problems just couldn't be fixed. Jessica, the Service Manager, and Stephanie, the Assistant General Manager, were great. They went above and beyond and represented Harbourview VW well. They supported us, made us feel like valued customers, and in the end helped us get into a vehicle that works for us. We left with nothing but good things to say about Harbourview VW and we have no hesitation in recommending the dealership to others. More
