I dealt with Dave Lantz. I felt no pressure from him and he was able to answer all my questions. I got a complete rundown of the Carfax report and maintenance/repair record. When I picked up the car Dave did a full walk through on the vehicle and I felt confident driving away. Last week (April 2016) my daughter purchased her first car from Dave and received the same customer service. Dave even spent the better part of an hour teaching her the ins and outs of a manual transmission and giving her a driving lesson. While over there with my daughter I saw a CRV and ended up purchasing it from Dave this week. If you look on Autotrader.com you'll see that Hanover Honda also has very competitive prices. This combined with the friendly small town feel of this dealership has earned my complete trust. I'm sure I'll continue to buy there. More
