The service provided even after requesting not to deal with that particular individual who was more interested in flaunting his 5 star customer service review posted and framed on his desk, and to taking phone calls about his side business...The GM was also no help and would not even show face when I came to pick up the vehicle. Overall the experience from Audi Hamilton left such a sour taste in my mouth, I would never even consider purchasing an Audi again let alone provide any sort of business to Audi Hamilton. One of the worst dealer experiences ever! I would and have encouraged others to leave or not even entertain Audi Hamilton and check out the other Audi dealers than to put up with being treated the way you get treated by Audi Hamilton. Audi Canada should be ashamed of the customer service provided by Audi Hamilton. More
They have the worst service advisors and services. VW sold me a car with service package by letting me know, everything is covered, you don’t have to worry about any thing after buying this car! I am VW sold me a car with service package by letting me know, everything is covered, you don’t have to worry about any thing after buying this car! I am having vibration issues in my breaks they want to charge me for that. They have checked my breaks last time as I had the same concern! Didn’t charged me any thing nor fixed it! Had an issue with the suspension making cranking noise! Started just after 15k kilometres, mentioned to this guys, this also didn’t get fixed! On top of that they said all cars in this segment have this issue! Sounds like a company problem not my fault! Came to service centre again having same issues! Now they want to charge me for everything thats not fixed in last service as their fault! Thats totally wasting the time coming to this service department! They don’t know how to fix the cars! More
I want to preface this review that after my interactions with Audi Hamilton, specifically Sean Ernst (Audi Brand Sales Manager) and Denley Phillip (Audi Pre-Owned Manager, formerly a Loyalty Manager), in co with Audi Hamilton, specifically Sean Ernst (Audi Brand Sales Manager) and Denley Phillip (Audi Pre-Owned Manager, formerly a Loyalty Manager), in conjunction with Audi Canada, I can now say that I am done with Audi as a brand and will never buy one of their products again as the experience with these individuals was one of the worst client service interactions I have ever had in my life. If you ever have any issues, Audi Canada sides with their dealerships no matter how objective you may be. Don’t bother wasting your time reaching out to them. Prior to the purchase of my 2023 Audi A6 Allroad, I have had a 2016 Audi A4, and a 2019 Audi S4. I genuinely loved the product Audi develops and engineers as evidenced by my history with their cars dating back to 2015, when I first purchased my A4. Both the A4 and S4 were purchased from different Audi dealerships and neither experience was as horrendously bad as Audi Hamilton with the A6 Allroad. I had to reduce in words how bad this dealer is due to character limits. If there were no limits, there would be a thesis written about how bad these people are. -Handling of the SECURED allocation was terrible with constant delays and what I thought to be a cancellation of my 2023 order. The solution was to give me what I thought was the protected offer I originally signed for in November 2022 after terms were changed a number of times. Don't know why I was pressured to sign so early if they can do whatever they want. -Took the car in for full paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coat, and tint straight from dealer after delivery. Detailer noticed scratches on the sunroof (front and rear panel) under their shop light and suggested I go to the dealer since car had 108km on it and is essentially brand new at this point. The car was only driven to the detailer as I wanted to avoid stone chips and the like before getting protection. -After putting on $5,000 worth of PPF and tints on my car, which I confirmed methodology of installation with my detailer in the form of videos of the installation that were shared with me. Videos confirmed they did not use any razor blades that Sean Ernst asserted that caused the scratches. -Audi Hamilton suggests going to insurance to make a claim, which I did. Sean eventually agreed as a "generous" solution Audi Hamilton would pay my deductible. Insurance rejects claim after field appraiser inspects the car and says damage is consistent with pre delivery unwrapping. As such, there is no eligible insurance claim as the insurance appraiser was certain this damage was done pre delivery. They suggested contacting Audi Canada for resolution, which I did. Audi Canada was even more unhelpful than Audi Hamilton, don't even bother talking to them as they are only there to pick up the phone. -Audi Hamilton suggests that they do detailed inspections of all cars. Contrary to their point, I watched a Q7 get hastily unwrapped after being unloaded off a truck in front of me with no detailed inspection... -I have been fortunate to be a part of a number of new car purchases in the last 2 years. A 2021 Tesla Model Y and a 2022 Toyota Rav 4 LE. Both of those experiences with far cheaper cars made this dealership and brand feel like I was buying a 2003 car with a 350 credit score. The only thing I can suggest is that if you are in the market for an Audi and MUST use this dealer, exercise extreme caution if you are going to do business with this dealer and if either of Denley or Sean pop up as names you should just walk away. Luckily, in the GTA, you have plenty of Audi dealer options and I suggest using any of those before having to buy from these guys. If possible, just avoid Audi entirely and get a different brand, there are a lot of other good options. When I looked at comparably priced vehicles from different brands and dealerships, the experience was exponentially better. I look forward to trying a different More

Purchased my new to me 2017 VW Tiguan. Mike Miller was amazing to work with. I cold called him and from start to finish he met all of my time crunches. I was welcomed into the VW family Mike Miller was amazing to work with. I cold called him and from start to finish he met all of my time crunches. I was welcomed into the VW family with a complete run down of everything the car was capable of doing on delivery day. I look forward to experiencing the service department down the road as I’m sure they will not disappoint either. More

I recently took my Tiquan 2021 in for first oil change since buying car 1 year ago. When I arrived the price quoted was$170 + tax. When presented with the bill after service the amount was $220 includin since buying car 1 year ago. When I arrived the price quoted was$170 + tax. When presented with the bill after service the amount was $220 including tax. Which made a difference of $30! Did the price of oil increase in 2 hours.? Very suspicious indeed. Of course I questioned them and the service manager changed the bill. It’s worth pointing out I’m a women. It’s been a long-standing notion that women are taken advantage of at car dealerships. I then went to the area that sales tires to inquire about winter tires. The quote was $1300 plus tax. However I would have to pay that day to “reserve” them for later.in full!!! So actually paying ahead for future service. I will be buying tires elsewhere! More

Mike Miller is the absolute best in the business. I took delivery of my Tiguan and we couldn't be happier with it. I've purchased quite a few cars in my day and I have to say that the experience with Mike M delivery of my Tiguan and we couldn't be happier with it. I've purchased quite a few cars in my day and I have to say that the experience with Mike Miller was the best of all car buying experiences in the last 10 years. No pressure, no gimmicky tactics, no "you have to make a deal in the next 30 seconds otherwise you're going to miss out" nonsense, just made me feel valued and respected as a customer. Want a great new/used VW? Go see your friendly neighborhood VW dealer, Mike Miller. You won't regret that you did. More
Made an appointment with Ramy to test drive the Atlas Crossover last week and spoke over the phone to go over what we are looking for in terms of the features. He informed us that they have that model i Crossover last week and spoke over the phone to go over what we are looking for in terms of the features. He informed us that they have that model in stock and booked an appointment to go see it Today (Tuesday). We showed up 10 minutes early and he will still with a customer, (which was perfectly fine) and was told to have a look around the showroom until he finished with the customer. At 11:00am (our appointment time), while still with the customer he gave us the key to the car that we were interested in but said we couldn't drive it since it needed to go to the shop for inspection. We were then told they don't have the car that we were supposed to take for a test drive as "someone had sold it on Saturday" and were given a different car to drive. When we got into the vehicle, the gas tank was empty and the dash warned that we only had 5km left on the remaining gas tank to drive so we could only take the car out of the lot, drive it to the intersection and turn around. At 11:30, he was still with the customer and could spend any time with us but asked if we could wait until they put gas in the car so we could go for another test drive at which point we couldn't wait any more and told him we were not interested. We were truly disappointed in the service we received and found it very unprofessional that Ramy did not have the time to spend with us at our appointment time. We were also disappointed that the car that we spoke about and were told they have in stock was not available and further disappointed that even if the car that we were scheduled to test drive was sold, he did not reach out to us to let us know or reschedule our appointment. We will be taking our business to a dealership and a representative that spends more effort preparing for our meeting and respects our time. Thanks More
