Wouldn't reccomend They really only seem to be interested in the sale of the vehicles. Once that is done, they don't care about anything. They also put me in a poor position while purchasing the vehicle all because they neglected to ask what my preference would be. When brought to the attention of the sales person, the response was to deflect blame onto someone else (with no resolution or apology). God forbid they do things according to what the purchaser would like! They also do not explain pertinent items involving the sale of the vehicles. Do yourself a favour an find another dealer! More
No pressure purchasing experience I have dealt with 6 other dealerships in the past and have always felt pressured. I felt relaxed and could take my time to ask relevant questions to make the best decision fo me. The staff that I dealt with explained advantages and disadvantages for each decision I had to make that I may not have considered myself. They took the time to explain how to program my vehicle when I picked it up. I definitely will be recommending them to friends and relatives because I felt they had integrity. More

We purchased a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT Very friendly ,and approachable. Not pushy to make a sale. All of my requests were met -ie. requesting floor mats, and damaged hub cap replaced. This is my third purchase from Hamilton Hyundai and I have nothing but good things to say. This time was a trade up; from a 2015 Elantra to a 2018. The experience was smooth, easy, hassle free and I was able to drive away in my new car only 4 days after purchasing. This dealership has treated me well in the past (as far as servicing and inquiries) and I am sure it will continue to uphold it's excellent standard. More

in for a recall ended up badly I took my 2005 Hyundai Sante Fe in for a manufacturers recall... I cant remember what it was but it wasn't anything major... I figured while it was I took my 2005 Hyundai Sante Fe in for a manufacturers recall... I cant remember what it was but it wasn't anything major... I figured while it was there I would get an oil change, and get a noisy tie rod end replaced... that was a mistake. I picked up my vehicle and drove it home. The tie rod was still making the noise. When I got home I called the dealership and spoke with the service advisor (who I know from outside of work) In the end, the service tech replaced the wrong side... I decided to bring it back later as my daughter needed it to drive to work. I received a call from her once she arrived at work to say that there was a weird noise coming from under the hood. I went over to her work and started the truck. It made a horrible squealing noise. I looked under the car and there was some type of oil all over the ground. I thought it was losing oil so I checked the dip stick. The oil level was twice as high as it should have been.! They put way too much oil in it. I had the truck towed back to the dealership. In the end, here is what happened : -The service tech ruptured a power steering line while putting on the oil filter. -It seems they added oil twice to my engine during the oil change... I guess they forgot they did it and added it again.. -they replaced the right part, on the WRONG SIDE of my vehicle. In the end, they fixed it all, and drained the oil, but I will never return to this dealership. More
NEVER Purchase a Car from Hamilton Hyundai on Parkdale Ave. Customer Service is absolutely the worst. New vehicle extended warranty NOT honored. Motor went on new vehicle only 3 years old. Dealership not helpful at all and simply refers you to deal with Hyundai Canada on your own. I would never recommend this dealer nor the purchase of any Hyundai vehicle again. More
My 2005 elantra was brought in for a tach that was not working, Dealership informed me that I required a new display costing $600.00 plus tax. I stated have the fuses been checked and they assured me it w working, Dealership informed me that I required a new display costing $600.00 plus tax. I stated have the fuses been checked and they assured me it was done. I replaced the fuse myself and installed a new battery and the tac worked fine. Boy that could have been a costly repair for a 2 dollar fuse. Had my accessory belt and timing belt changed the car would wine when started and got worse when you turned the wheel. The accessory belt was very loose which caused the problem. Had another shop tighten the belt at no cost and issue was resolved. Would never refer this dealership to anyone and be very carefull when your car is in for non warrently items. More
