My wife and I were shopping for an EV so we went to Hamel last Friday. After we introduce ourself to the lady at the reception and told her the purpuse of our visit she said a salesman will be right with us last Friday. We were king of woundering why nobody came to talk to us and 15 minutes went by so we decided to leave and once we were outside getting into our car, one of them ask us why we were leaving...guest what Mr. Salesman, we now drive a new Equinox that we did not buy at HAMEL even if we leave 5 minutes away. We are just a couple that were traited like xxxx by a some young salesman that think they own the world...man you are car salesman, not even a good one and certainly not a rocket scientist and when an middle age couple gets into you door to look at a car, stop looking at your tiktok and do what a real salesman should do, sell them a car. I had a problem with loss of anti freeze . I had to leave my car there calls me following day tells me I have my hose that is pierced . I did not believe him in all it would cost me $450.00 tax in . He empty my car there calls me following day tells me I have my hose that is pierced . I did not believe him in all it would cost me $450.00 tax in . He empty my antifreeze which is supposed to be orange and he fills it up with green. What a moron . Long story short there is nothing wrong with my hose he was going to rob me all that money when there was nothing seriously wrong . Bad service no communication the agents do not communicate their English and French is horrible . Very frustrated and appalled that I was going to loose all that money . I will look for a garage that is reliable for my Chevrolet Cruze . More
