I booked a service appointment on line to switch over to snow tires. Upon arrival I was told it would be 2+ hours even though I had a set booked appointment and the job takes 30 minutes tops. I told them it is unacceptable to disrespect customers time to accommodate their purposeful overbooking appointments. The good news is they agreed and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Bad news is I had to express my displeasure to get them to re think things. I'm pleased it turned out but would imagine there are many unhappy customers who had to wait 2+ hours. More
