Was an over all really great experience. I was able to book a same day appointment. The dealership is very nice and clean with a big waiting area. Being a first time Honda owner and firs I was able to book a same day appointment. The dealership is very nice and clean with a big waiting area. Being a first time Honda owner and first time at the dealership the only small criticism I have is maybe a better introduction to the location. I saw there was a coffee machine etc in the waiting area, however there was a sign on the cabinet that read staff only - so I was unsure if the coffee was for customers or staff only. Being a first time Honda owner - I’m unsure of how the maintenance schedule works. I did ask however was given a somewhat vague answer. Just minor complaints- nothing major & I will be back. The staff I dealt with was overall very friendly & helpful. More

When I arrived at Halton Honda, it was 25 minutes until close. I had been looking at a Cars all week long and discouraged, however Marc took the time to find me what I needed, and even stayed longer to all close. I had been looking at a Cars all week long and discouraged, however Marc took the time to find me what I needed, and even stayed longer to allow me a test drive. He also worked all weekend and on his day off to make sure the deal got done, and that the Car was ready for our family on time! Not only that, they went the extra mile reconditioning the vehicle top to bottom. They even installed brand new Tires! I was blown away by the service I received. We know where we will be shopping for our next Honda! Go Team Halton Honda! More

Staff at the service centre are courteous and friendly. My only issue was trying to reach someone by phone once the car was ready as I needed a ride to the dealership.
