Halton Honda

When Alex left Halton Honda, I was worried that whoever replaced him would not be as good. Alex was always there for his customers. I could call up and leave a voice mail message and even if he was off/o replaced him would not be as good. Alex was always there for his customers. I could call up and leave a voice mail message and even if he was off/on vacation he would call me back stating when he would be in again and telling to bring in my car and he would take care of everything. Heck Alex even gave me his cell phone number. I didn't realize it at the time that I was dealing with Alex's replacement, Frankie. She was very friendly and had a smile on her face however it seemed to take a little longer to fix my tire than if Alex was still there. This is just my perception. Going forward I will be calling Frankie's work number and hopefully still receiving the same great service I have come to expect from Halton Honda. More

This was the second (new) car we bought from this dealership, although it is located in a neighboring town than ours.
