I met Greg Berg when I walked into Halton Honda and he was amazing! He showed me the perfect car for me, my needs and my budget. He did not try to sell me something that would be more than I could manage. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Dwayne arranged the financing and I qualified for it on my own - no parent co-signing necessary! I picked up my Honda Civic today and can't believe I own such a beautiful car. This would not have been possible without the expertise of Greg who knows his cars but also knows his buyers. Customer service is hard to find today but I had it start to finish. I am part of Halton Honda's family now. Thank you Dwayne & Greg! More
Great sales experience I was shopping around for a compact suv, but was really having a tough time finding the time to visit dealerships, Marc the salesperson, was kind and I was shopping around for a compact suv, but was really having a tough time finding the time to visit dealerships, Marc the salesperson, was kind and helpful on our first visit, but what worked for me was his prompt response to my e-Mail and willingness to work with me and my budget, no one else I e-mailed ( gm, Ford, other Honda dealers) responded! We worked out a deal, and even addressed my concerns prior to me picking up the CRV even to the point that I test drove the car and inspected it prior to signing the contracts and he was fine with that, no attitude or pushiness , then he took his time to explain the features of the car. Amazing customer service I had 2 problems. One, my tire pressure indicator light was on and 2, I accidentally ripped off a plastic panel looking for the hood pop button. Ale I had 2 problems. One, my tire pressure indicator light was on and 2, I accidentally ripped off a plastic panel looking for the hood pop button. Alex spoke to me on the phone as I was driving the car to them and when I got there, he was amazing. He got the car in, looked at and diagnosed (for the tire pressure problem) with no appointment in less than 20 minutes. Then he ordered the plastic cover and got it in by the next morning because he knew I was leaving in 2 days to drive to the west coast (moving there). He called me to tell me it was in, said to drop by at any point during the day and he would have it put on. Again, I went in without an appointment and he had the car in and the part replaced in less than 15 minutes. Oh, and he only charged me $7.11 for it, even though it was my own stupidity that I pulled it off and broke it. This 2014 CRV is my first Honda and I'm blown away with the customer service I received from Alex. Wish I wasn't moving away so I could always take it to Halton Honda. Great job! More

I sat down with David and everything he said made me think after 4 years of owning a Honda, I was goin My experience of my lease ending was horrible. I sat down with David and everything he said made me think after 4 years of owning a Honda, I was going to have nothing but problems. He did not make the Honda brand sound very good or trustworthy. The financing options for buying out a lease are expensive and the only way the dealership seems interested in helping you out at all is if you purchase a new vehicle again. I was treated rudely by David and will never return to this dealership for a Honda product again. More
